Doctor Britney Caruso has a true passion for treating eye problems using both conventional and integrative medicine. Her desire to become educated in holistic medicine began when she experienced a potentially blinding vision condition that affects only one in 100,000 people called peripheral retina vasculitis. After conventional drugs failed to completely resolve the problem, Dr. Caruso turned to diet and lifestyle changes. At this point, her peripheral retina vasculitis is resolved. While engaging in these lifestyle changes, she realized that she could help her patients in a similar way using traditional and holistic medicine.
Dr. Britney Caruso has a doctorate of optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry and attended Boston College where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology/Pre-Med. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and is working towards her Fellowship in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine. Dr. Britney Caruso is also working towards her Masters of Science in Integrative Medicine at George Washington University. Additionally, she is a candidate to be a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO), one of the most prestigious recognitions attainable by an optometrist.
She also serves as a treasurer of the Palm Beach Optometric Association, was awarded the "Spirit Award" while working at the Rand Eye Institute which was given to the employee with the most enthusiasm and spirit, and she volunteers giving free eye exams to the less fortunate at the Community Health Center of West Palm Beach. Dr. Britney Caruso believes that everything happens for a reason and her sight threatening experience is be a blessing in disguise which enables her to help change the lives of her patients.

Dr. Britney Caruso received her doctorate in optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry and attended Boston College for her undergraduate studies where she graduated with cum laude honors. More recently, Dr. Caruso received her Doctorate of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners and is currently ONE OF THREE OPTOMETRISTS IN THE NATION with such qualifications. Dr. Caruso is working towards her Fellowship of the American Academy of Optometry and has received a Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. The office of Dr. Britney Caruso, Caruso Eye Care, was named 2017 Best Practice: Recognition of Excellence in Optometry by CooperVision.
Upon completion of her doctorate degree, Dr. Caruso found a special place in her heart for the geriatric population as she spent three years providing the highest level of eye care to senior citizens in Chicago and South Florida. She also worked with some of the best surgeons in the nation at the Rand Eye Institute where she was honored the “Spirit Award” for her enthusiasm and positive attitude towards her patients.
Dr. Britney Caruso holds a seat on the Palm Beach County Optometric Association Board. She is also a member of the American Optometric Association and the Florida Optometric Association. Additionally, she is a member of the Ocular Nutrition Society. In 2012, Dr. Britney Caruso and Caruso Eye Care was named one of America’s Best Practices and was given the Open Care Award in 2016.
Dr. Caruso truly cares for her patients and her motto is “Happiness is helping you see.”
On a personal note, Dr. Britney Caruso is originally from the suburbs of Chicago and attended Barrington High School. Her father immigrated to United States from Italy through Ellis Island and Dr. Caruso enjoys visiting her family in Italy as often as possible. She has one brother who lives in Chicago with his wife and son who Dr. Caruso adores greatly. Luigi, Dr. Caruso’s Chihuahua, is currently 15 years old and in great shape as he brings her smiles every day.

Brad Lieberman has been in Digital Marketing and Communications for over 15 years. Growing up in Long Island, Brad's journey began while interning at 95.5 WPLJ, developing promotional events for musical artists. At this time, Brad earned his Bachelors of Arts in Marketing from C.W. Post of Long Island University. In 2002, he decided for a change of scenery and relocate to sunny Florida.
Brad's experience has grown tremendously since working for corporations such as the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL. His marketing and social media campaigns have also gained national media attention. In 2009, Brad received his Masters of Sciences in Digital Communications from Lynn University, a very prestigious school in Boca Raton.
In the fall of 2010, Brad started consulting for small business owners where he has worked on building brands through using social media and content marketing. Fast forward to 2016, Brad started to work with Dr. Caruso on developing the Caruso Eye Care brand. This includes charity work with community organizations and national companies.
